Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive:
1. Tracking ID/AWB number via SMS and email
2. Direct tracking link to monitor delivery status
3. You can also track orders by logging into your account under “My Orders”

Can I open and check the package before accepting delivery?
Currently, this feature is not available. You can open the product only after making full payment to the delivery executive (for COD orders) or after delivery (for prepaid orders).
However, if you’re not satisfied with the product, you can easily initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer care team. We offer hassle-free returns for damaged, defective, or wrong products. -
What if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date:
a) Check tracking status for latest updates.
b) Contact our customer support with your order number.
c) We’ll coordinate with our logistics partner to expedite delivery.

Do you deliver to my PIN code?
We deliver pan-India to most serviceable PIN codes. To check if we deliver to your area:
a) Enter your PIN code on the product page.
b) System will show estimated delivery date.
c) If your PIN code is not serviceable, we’ll notify you during checkout. -
What happens if I’m not available during delivery?
1. Attempt delivery up to 2 times.
2. Leave a notification with contact details.
3. You can reschedule delivery by contacting the courier directly.
4. If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order returns to our warehouse and you’ll need to contact customer care.

No hidden charges! The price you see is the final price you pay, including:

5. All taxes are included in the displayed product price. No additional octroi or service charges.
Why am I being charged GST?
As per Indian government regulations, GST (Goods and Services Tax) is applicable on all textile and fashion products. The GST rate varies:
Readymade Garments: 5% to 12% GST
Accessories: 18% GST
GST is already included in the product price displayed on our website. Your invoice will show the GST breakup separately for transparency.
My payment failed but money was deducted. What should I do?
Don’t worry! If your payment failed but amount was deducted:
1. Amount will be auto-refunded within 5-7 business days by your bank
2. Check your order status in “My Orders” section
3. If order shows as “Failed” or not created, refund is being processed
